The Centers in the Alliance of Dedicated Cancer Centers (ADCC) are recognized by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) as comprehensive or clinical cancer centers. The criteria for this designation can be found on their website noted below. In addition, the NCI website contains valuable information on cancer research, clinical trials, prevention, etc.
The majority of the Centers in the ADCC are founding members of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN). Experts from our Centers, along with other cancer centers, developed the definitive guidelines for the treatment of cancer. Information on these guidelines can be found on the NCCN website.
We also receive support from and support the American Cancer Society and the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship.
